Should I pre-book my spa appointment?
It is recommended to arrange your appointments prior to your arrival, to ensure that services are available to you at your convenience.
What if I am pregnant?
Please notify us when booking your appointments. Several treatments are wonderful to receive while pregnant & can be beneficial for relieving slight pain & discomfort
What if I have special health considerations or allergies?
Please notify us when booking your treatments if you have any allergies or special requirements eg a male therapist may be more appropriate if a really firm/sports massage is required. If you have any concerns regarding your health or body, please let us know.
How do I choose my treatment?
Our menu is designed to completely relax & rejuvenate you: mind, body & spirit. Our staff at the Woodman Estate Spa Retreat can help you decide on specific treatments that are most appealing & beneficial to you at the time of booking the appointment. Before the appointment, your therapist will explain your treatment fully & answer any questions you may have, so your pampering time is as relaxing as possible.
What should I wear?
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During treatments our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy.
What if I need to cancel my spa reservation?

What is the appropriate massage & spa etiquette?
To enhance your spa experience we recommend switching off mobile phones & avoiding excess alcohol consumption. Re-hydrating after treatments will also be of added benefit.
Where do I park?
Parking is free in the adjacent Woodman Estate Spa Retreat car park.
What I should I bring?
We suggest you bring a good book, sun hat and sunglasses. We provide robes, slippers, towels, toiletries and hair dryers. Where possible; please leave your valuables at home.
