Enjoy your special occasion in Victorian opulence. Commence in the Drawing room or on the terrace by the lake. Your table in the Formal Dining Room will be set with crystal and silverware. Enjoy a choice of entree, palate cleanser, main course and dessert, before retiring with coffee and chocolates.

The Brasserie and Terrace
Enjoy our world famous dining in the Brasserie Restaurant overlooking the lake, or on warmer days right beside the water's edge on the popular Terrace. Cocktails are served from 6pm so you can arrive early and relax before moving to your table. The billiards room is also available for guests before and after dinner.

Three courses $69 per person
Prices valid for lunch and dinner. A special children's menu is available for children up to 12 years.
