Pumpkin, coconut & corriander soup with dukkah spice

Marinated beetroot with ash-rolled goats cheese, green beans and truffle vinaigrette

Tian of spanner crab with guacamole, tomato consommé jelly and crayfish san choi bow

Confit duck leg salad with orange segments, hazelnuts and radish

 


Mains

Free range cornfed chicken breast with du-puy lentils, an orange and crisp parsnip salad and a mushroom truffle butter

Chermoula spiced Rockling on rocket and fennel salad with citrus dressing

Tart of caramelised shallot, enoki and oyster mushroom, roasted parsnip, fresh goats curd and silverbeet from the estate gardens

Lamb rump with baby vegetables and minted pea puree

 

Mains are served with a side to share
