Warm confit leg of duck, Waldorf salad, candied walnuts and brunoise watermelon – gf

Twice cooked Red Hill cheese soufflé, beetroot & horseradish relish, toasted pine nuts and baby garden leaves - v

Tart

Goat's cheese & caramelised onion puff pastry tart with Koo Wee Rup asparagus spears and cherry tomatoes - v

Scallops

Scallops saltimbocca with black sesame nori roll and seaweed salad – gf       

Terrine

Cured meat and seasonal terrine, pickled vegetables and pear preserve served with focaccia - gf option

 

     

Main Course

Salmon

Crispy skinned salmon fillet, quinoa, sunflower seed and roasted pumpkin salad, sesame seed dressing - gf

Duck

Pan fried duck breast with potato & broccoli puree, estate broad beans and peach and cardamom preserve - gf option

Vegetarian Pasta

Estate made fettucini with wilted spinach, goat's cheese, spicy tomato & chilli sauce with a parmesan tuille - v

Beef Fillet

Proscuitto wrapped Gippsland Black Angus eye fillet (200gm), mushroom sauce, snow peas and pastry puff - gf option

Lamb

Slow-baked shoulder of grass-fed lamb, broccoli florettes, dutch carrots and potato duchesse – gf

Crushed kipfler potatoes with rosemary salt – gf

Wilted Asian green vegetables with wildflower honey - gf

Mixed salad of garden leaves, grain mustard dressing - gf
