Dromana Bay mussels, finished with a hint of cream & saffron & julienne of braised leeks - gf

Octopus Salad
Marinated octopus, black olives & baby corn salad, mint, lemon & currant cous cous, red onion & sweet soy sauce

Beef or Cured Salmon Carpaccio
Black angus carpaccio or dill cured salmon, mixed salad leaves, sliced avocado, fresh fruit, baby capers, parmesan tuile and spicy lemon myrtle quail egg - gf  

Fresh Country Salad
Estate garden beans, red onion, radish, goats cheese & crostini with aged balsamic vinegar & EVO oil served with your choice of - Estate made venison terrine or Little Acre tomatoes & baby corn - gf option
    
Lamb Jambon
Our own lamb jambon, szechuan and rosemary bean dip, mini tomato focaccia, crumbed mozzarella balls & rocket salad with balsamic dressing - gf option


 

Main Course

Catch of the day
Pan fried fish fillet, bread and fresh herb crumble, black & white quinoa, braised capsicum sauce, tomato chutney, buttered spring onions- gf option

Poultry
Half roasted spatchcock, baked red capsicum, eggplant and red onions, deep fried zucchini, roast garlic & sage jus - gf

Vegetarian Pasta
Fresh basil pasta layered with cherry tomatoes, braised glacee shallots, fresh chilli, baby spinach & goats cheese
 
Beef Fillet Mignon
Grilled 180g black angus eye fillet wrapped in bacon, sauteed beans, mortadella and sage skewer, truffle sauce - gf

Lamb
Baked rack of lamb glazed with a seasonal fruit, served with minute asparagus and baked tomato provencale


 

Sides

Twice cooked  potatoes finished in duck fat and chermoula spice -gf                                                                                
Mixed sautéed Estate grown vegetable with yuzu sauce - gf option

Trio of estate made sorbets – gf

Cheese plate ~ your choice of two from our selection of Mornington Peninsula cheeses served with seasonal accompaniments and crackers
