Beetroot bonbon pasta stuffed with slow cooked pork, creamy potato mousseline & marjoram butter

A selection of estate-made and imported charcuterie served with traditional gnocco fritto & warm marinated olives - gf option


Main Course


Grilled monkfish medallions, jasmine pilaf rice, melon  pearls & coconut curry sauce - gf


Free range pork fillet stuffed with fresh herbs & garlic, grain mustard, honey & grapefruit sauce, asparagus spears, potato dauphinoise - gf


Trio of vegetable filo pastry parcel, parmesan flan & mini eggplant parmigiana served with chive sauce


Breast of corn feed duck marinated with maple syrup & fresh herbs, panfried Asian vegetables, mirin sauce & sesame seeds - gf

Beef Sirloin

Black angus 180g grilled sirloin, dutch carrots, puree of broccoli with shallots glaces a brun sauce - gf


Rump of Gippsland lamb, black truffle encrusted in puffed pastry,  fresh buttered  broad beans, caramelised carrot puree with a rosemary jus
