Saltimbocca Scallops

Served on a bed of mixed bean salad with toasted macadamia nuts, balsamic vinegar and heirloom tomato concasse (GF)

Fish Soup

Bouillabaisse style served with croutons and a spicy rouille sauce (GF Option)

Caramalised Onion Tart

Served warm with a sour & creamy sauce and a side of black olives, roasted pepitas & fresh pomegranate seeds in aged balsamic vinegar

Charcuterie Plate

A selection of imported and housemade meats, seasonal vegetables & condiments (GF Option)

Pan Fried Quail

De-boned and filled with dried fruit & duxelle mushroom with yuzu sauce

 

Main Course

Corn Fed Duck

Confit leg, black and white quinoa, baked pumpkin, pinenuts and red onion jam with apple chips GF

Fish of the Day

Pan fried fillet topped with puff pastry, julienne of vegetables, vine ripened truss cherry tomatoes with a beurre blanc sauce GF Option

Pumpkin Gnocchi

Quenelles with braised red cabbage, currants and creamy leek sauce

Osso Bucco

Braised beef “Al olio” style with Yorkshire pudding, garlic chive pomme duchesse and autumn medley garnish

Rack of Lamb

Herb encrusted lamb rack, tian of local vegetables, pan fried truffle polenta with a truffle jus GF Option

Grass Fed Beef

Rubbed in lemon myrtle and chargrilled beef eye fillet, with ‘Maitre d’Hotel’ butter, minute sautéed spinach and sweet cinnamon and carrot gateau GF

 

Sides

Mixed Estate greens salad with pumpkin , avocado & french dressing GF

Citrus fruit and julienne of fennel salad with olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar GF

Buttered baby vegetables GF

Twice cooked potatoes with cracked pepper and sea salt GF

Soft, hot chocolate fondant, chocolate and Grand Marnier mousse with brandy peanut snaps and mint granita GF

Petit Pot Brulee

Estate special brulee style, with orange & almond tuille, ginger heart shortbread and vanilla ice cream

Apple & Quince Tart

Apple and quince tart, cinnamon ice cream with rosella and rose flower syrup

Estate Made Sorbets

Mixed seasonal fruit sorbet of the day GF

Cheese

Cheese plate ~ your choice of two from our selection of Mornington Peninsula cheeses served with seasonal accompaniments and crackers
