Fresh homemade pappardelle with spicy Amatriciana sauce and Dromana Bay mussels

Scallops
Pan fried scallops, salmon roe, mixed leaves and red witlof salad with a light raspberry vinaigrette, orange segments, citrus mayonnaise, croutons and toasted cashews – gf

Cured Lamb
Lamb jambon served with grissini, Cantaloupe melon, creamy goats cheese & chives with pickled vegetables* - gf option

Soup
Creamy Veloute soup finished with white wine served with shredded spatchcock and smoked cheese croutons - gf option


    

Main Course

Fish
Pan fried Barramundi fillet with a chermoula and leek sauce served with aromatic fruit and nut rice pilaff, crispy spinach and bonito flakes – gf

Pork
Asian style pork belly braised in Mornington Peninsula dark ale served on sauerkraut with baby buttered carrots and pickled green papaya – gf

Beef
Black Angus eye fillet served with a beetroot & horseradish sauce, green beans and timbale of carrot, fennel and sage – gf

Vegetarian
Wild mushroom and goats cheese pie served with a salad of baby spinach and rocket, toasted almonds and little acre cherry tomatoes - gf option

Lamb / Share for Two
12 hour slow baked Gippsland lamb shoulder served with thyme & honey jus and asparagus spears – gf (to share between two – allow 30 minutes)

Crushed kipflers with rosemary salt – gf


Assorted seasonal sauteed vegetables with wild flower honey*


Mixed salad of garden leaves, radish, cherry tomatoes, toasted pine nuts with an EVOO and aged balsalmic dressing - gf

Torched Bombe Alaska filled with mandarin and Cointreau ice cream and served with hazelnut anglaise


Panna Cotta
Jelly of tropical fruits and vanilla bean panna cotta served with red berry coulis and crumbled yellow maize and almond cake - gf option

Layered folie - brownie base, white chocolate caramel truffle & dark chocolate mousse served with rhubarb coulis, grapefruit granita & sea salt flakes - gf

Sorbets

Trio of estate made fruit sorbets – gf

Cheese
Choose your favourite two cheeses from our selection of local Peninsula made cheeses. Your plate is served with seasonal condiments, water crackers and lavosh – gf option
