Soufflé Saint Germain

Twice cooked cheese and green pea soufflé topped with beetroot & horseradish flavoured goat cheese & a sweet red capsicum puree

Scallops

Seared scallops resting on a bed of Japanese seaweed salad finish with pickled green papaya & candided tomatoes - gf

Galantine

Poached spatchcock & truffle galantine served with diced aspic, toasted  pain brioche & peach & cardamom mayonnaise - gf option

Fresh Pasta

Fresh home made casoncelli filled with pomme puree, tomatoes and chili chutney and finished with sage beurre noir, crispy chorizo and parmesan cheese



    

Main Course

Fish

Darne of salmon panfried with wasabi butter served with summer couscous & asparagus spears - gf option

Beef

Peppered Black Angus eye fillet with a port & spicy* pear sauce, served with pomme fondante & sauteed green beans - gf

Duck

Medium-rare duck breast served with wilted bok choy, Red Hill cherry sauce, toasted  cashews & panfried dutch carrots gf

Black Bean “Burger”

Beetroot seeded bun stacked with a vegetarian black bean burger, fried free range egg, caramelised onion, tomato & chilli chutney & mixed leaved salad with vegetable crisps - vegan & gf options available

Lamb / Share for Two

12 hour slow baked Gippsland lamb shoulder served with garden herbs jus & fan zucchini– gf           (to share between two – allow 30 minutes)

Lamb / For One

Slow cooked shredded lamb shoulder with yoghurt & mint dressing, balsamic purple onion & baby rocket leaves – gf



 

Sides

Twice cooked crushed baby potatoes with cracked black pepper & paprika  sea salt – gf
Assorted seasonal sauteed vegetables with wild flower honey*– gf
Mixed salad of garden leaves, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds,  cherry tomatoes with an extra virgin olive oil & aged balsalmic dressing - gf

Deconstructed Alaska

Crunchy hazelnuts and honeycomb semifreddo served with burnt Italian meringue and tropical fruit coulis gf

Bavarois

French vanilla bavarois served with fresh strawberries, crispy filo pastry and almonds flakes. gf option

Chocolate

Hot pear and spicy dark chocolate pudding, served with a Earl Grey anglaise and cinnamon icecream. gf

Affogato

French vanilla bean ice-cream, Baileys Irish cream liqueur, Fair trade espresso coffee, almond biscotti - gf option

Peach

Fresh poached peach in red wine served with a whipped whisky cream finish with toasted oats and pistachio.

Sorbets

Trio of estate made fruit sorbets – gf


Cheese
Choose your favourite two cheeses from our selection of local Peninsula made cheeses. Your plate is served with seasonal condiments, water crackers and lavosh – gf option
