Braised beef tongue and tail, Tropea onions, red Robe des Champs potatoes, light chive & truffle mayonnaise (gf)

Chilled Moorooduc tomato soup, puffed parmesan and sesame grissini (gf option)

Grilled vegetable terrine, fresh mango & pine nuts, lemon dressing and aged balsamic (gf)

Main Course

Navarin lamb stew, seasonal baby vegetables (gf)

Three pepper Gippsland grass fed beef eye fillet (180gm), devil sauce, green beans (gf)

Darne of Port Phillip Bay catch, julienne of vegetables, vine ripened truss cherry tomatoes in papillotte (gf)

Gnocchetti of potatoes, red wine braised witlof, free range pork sausage, cavial of aubergine & fresh peas

Seared corn fed duck breast, zucchini flan, Red Hill cherries

Half shell Dromana Bay mussels, garlic bread & handmade tagliatelle
