Cheese Souffle
Twice cooked cheese soufflé served with mixed leaves, roast beetroot, caramelised baby onions, pinenuts & cumin spiced yoghurt

Scallops
Pan fried scallops presented with sautéed Brussel sprout, crispy bacon & saffron beurre blanc, topped with parmesan tulle - gf option

Terrine
Pork terrine, crusty bread with spiced pear* & pickled vegetables* - gf option

Soup
Estate made creamy cauliflower soup finished with truffle oil & a puff pastry lid - gf option


    

Main Course

Fish
Butterfly barramundi with almond flakes & paprika crumb bread, creamy sweet garlic sauce, wilted spinach & sweet potato crisps - gf option

Beef
Braised Gippsland Black Angus beef in a wild mushroom, bacon & red wine sauce served with gratin dauphinois potato – gf

Duck
Medium-rare duck breast & confit leg served with braised vegetables, finished with a red chili, peach & cardamom soy sauce & topped with crispy kataifi pastry & pickled ginger - gf option

Black Bean “Burger”
Beetroot seeded bun stacked with a vegetarian black bean burger, fried free range egg, caramelised onion, tomato & chilli chutney & mixed leaved salad with vegetable crisps – vegetarian / gf options available

Lamb / Share for Two
12 hour slow baked Gippsl& lamb shoulder served with rosemary & citrus jus & pumpkin duchess– gf (to share between two – allow 30 minutes)


 

Sides

Twice cooked crushed baby potatoes with spicy sea salt – gf


Assorted seasonal sauteed vegetables with wild flower honey*


Mixed salad of garden leaves, shaved parmesan, toasted pine nuts with an extra virgin olive oil & aged balsalmic dressing - gf

Lemon verbena icecream & lemon sponge finished with kaffir lime anglaise

Apple Tart
Baked filo pastry apple tart filled with mandarin patissiere & served with warm butterscotch sauce & a cardamom ice cream

Chocolate
Molten chocolate pudding with a rhubarb & ginger centre served with coconut sauce - gf

Affogato
French vanilla bean ice-cream, Baileys Irish cream liqueur, Fair trade espresso coffee, almond biscotti - gf option

Sorbets

Trio of estate made fruit sorbets – gf


Cheese
Choose your favourite two cheeses from our selection of local Peninsula made cheeses. Your plate is served with seasonal condiments, water crackers and lavosh – gf option
